Adrienne Duffy

Adrienne Duffy is an acknowledged speaker, facilitator, and coach. She is founder of Big Futures Inc., a firm specializing in leadership and organizational development. Adrienne serves as an organizational expert specializing in strategic planning, team building, and human resource development to clients in such diverse industries as insurance, financial service, automotive, technology, and manufacturing. She is the author of a book on entrepreneurship, Pathway to Freedom, and also produced and scored the music for The Moon Project*, a film and learning program on leadership.

Born and raised in the U.S., Adrienne graduated with an arts degree from Northwestern University in Illinois. Adrienne is also an accomplished musician, having completed post-graduate studies in Europe with flute masters James Gallway and Jean Pierre Rampal.

Adrienne has participated in the Strategic Coach® Program since 1992, using the concepts and strategies to build her successful business. She is currently in the Strategic Coach® Masters program and also attends quarterly sessions of Coach2®, an advanced program focused on the unique packaging of the entrepreneurial business. The first associate coach to coach in the U.S. beginning in 1995, Adrienne coaches workshops in Chicago.
