- The first workshop was held in Toronto on November 12, 1989, with six entrepreneur clients.

- In the beginning, our salespeople often had to explain that Strategic Coach was not a bus line because the idea of business coaching was virtually unheard of.
- Toronto is home to the head office of Strategic Coach, with additional offices located in Chicago and Manchester, U.K.
- Strategic Coach currently employs over 100 people in the Toronto, Chicago, and U.K. offices.
