2. Complete and send an application form* with deposit.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in the workshop. If you’d like to pay by VISA, MasterCard, or American Express, you can fax your form to 416.531.7556 for speedier processing.

Once we have received your registration form and deposit, one of our team members will call you to confirm your registration. You will receive your Workshop 1 Preparation Materials in the mail soon after.
