The materials and concepts of The Unique EDGE^® Program (“Program”) are presented to you in order to help you achieve extraordinary goals. The Program will help you think through your goals and provide you with a structure to help you focus more efficiently. In order to assist us in maintaining the unique value you will experience as a participant in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

Conditions Of Your Application

You agree to attend the one-day session for which you are applying, which will take place as noted in the Application. There is no credit for missed sessions. You understand that the enclosed fee is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Helping To Protect Our Intellectual Property and Client Confidentiality

Any reproduction, presentation, distribution, transmission, or commercial use of the concepts, strategies, methods, materials, and all other trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property owned by The Strategic Coach Inc. (“Strategic Coach”) in any media, now known or hereafter invented, is prohibited without the express written permission of Strategic Coach^®. It is prohibited to use any device, now existing or hereafter invented, to make an audio and/or visual recording, transmission, or broadcast of any workshop session, in whole or in part.

Some Of The Rights Reserved By Strategic Coach^®

Strategic Coach has the right to reschedule workshops and/or substitute coaches. Program content is constantly being enhanced and may vary from session to session. Strategic Coach reserves the right to adjust eligibility criteria and to decline or terminate your participation in the Program for any reason at any time, including, for example, for failing to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Responsibility For Your Decisions

The Program is not a substitute for the advice of any of your personal or professional advisors. Therefore, you agree that all of your decisions and actions, and their consequences, are entirely your own responsibility. You also agree that you are an adult and responsible for your own conduct before, during, and after the Program.

Release of Liability

You release Strategic Coach and all of its respective officers, directors, owners, and employees from any and all liability arising from or connected to the Program. You also agree to release Strategic Coach from any responsibility if you choose to accept Strategic Coach’s offer to provide and/or arrange transportation to and from the Program.

Privacy Policy: Protecting Your Personal Information

This Privacy Notice and Strategic Coach’s Privacy Policy, available at www.strategiccoach.com/privacy, describe Strategic Coach’s privacy practices in relation to the Program.

Strategic Coach collects personal information in the Confidential Application, as well as income verification you submit as part of the application process (“Personal Information”). By providing Personal Information to Strategic Coach, you consent to Strategic Coach using the information for the purposes specified in our Privacy Policy. When you participate in Strategic Coach, your professional and/or personal contact information (e.g., your name, address, email address, and telephone number) will be given to other participants in your specific workshop through the distribution of a roster, sent via email. If you do not wish to share your information with other participants, you can opt out by emailing us at legalinfo@strategiccoach.com. Strategic Coach does not rent, sell, or otherwise disclose Personal Information about its clients to third parties. Strategic Coach may allow authorized third party service providers access to Personal Information to perform services on its behalf. These service providers are required to provide appropriate privacy protection for the Personal Information, comparable to that of Strategic Coach, and to limit their use of such information to providing services on behalf of Strategic Coach. Strategic Coach will use its best efforts to protect your personal information against loss and unauthorized use. Our sessions may also be monitored and recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. These recordings are voluntary and you are not required to participate in them.

If any part of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the balance of these Terms shall remain valid.
