As a Sales Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be supporting Membership Advisors who generate 100+ registrations each year. You will play a crucial role in the sales process by qualifying leads/prospects, gathering information about them, and then booking “Discovery Calls” for them with the Membership Advisors where they’ll learn more about The Strategic Coach Program and get their questions answered. We also want you to have:
- Previous experience in a sales or business development role (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong phone presence and active listening abilities.
- Ability to understand customer needs and tailor conversations accordingly.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.
- Self-motivated and driven attitude to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Connecting with 5-7 leads/prospects and setting up 1-3 Discovery Calls for the Membership Advisors each day.
- Conducting proactive outreach via phone, email, text, and social media to identify and engage with potential clients.
- Accurately tracking and documenting all interactions and updates in Salesforce.
- Qualifying the lead/prospect.
- Collaborating daily with the Membership Advisors to align on next steps and strategies, share best practices, and provide feedback for continual improvement.
- Supporting the Membership Advisors when they are on vacation and sourcing contact information for new leads/referrals with incomplete information.
